Ideal for a girls trip, hen do, sleep over slumber party or family holiday by the sea. Bedroom 1 - one double bed (sleeps 2) - spare for guest to bring travel cot Bedroom 2- there are two single beds provided with two extra pull out beds (sleeps 4). Make up bar with stools and LED light up mirrors. The flat can be set up for a girls trip weekend or family holiday (less pink) - see photos for different set ups. ** The apartment can sleep 6 persons as there are x2 single pull out beds upon request.** ** if you are a group of 7 or 8 persons we may be able to accommodate** please contact us for details. Bathroom- shower bath, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Towels and beach towels provided. Lounge/ dining- lots of space for all guests. Corner sofa with footstool. Tv with Netflix, large table that can seat 6-8 people with direct sea views. Kitchen- fully equipped with gas hob, washing machine, and fridge- there is a small freezer compartment inside the fridge. Plates, cutlery, champagne flutes and shot glasses provided. Garden- there is a beautiful grassed area at the front on the property overlooking the beach/sea. Guests are welcome to use this. Many guests have used this space to play games, relax, have a picnic, enjoy the sun. Additional items provided- heart shaped sunglasses, pink robs, slippers, hairdryer, ring light, small speak box with x2 microphones, iron/ ironing board, clothes airer. Please do not exit the property via the kitchen/ balcony/ steps. This is an emergency exit only. **Please no smoking on or inside the property including vaping/ any naked flames like candles** **no charging of electric vehicles or shooters** **sorry no pets allowed** Please dispose of all rubbish in the external bins at the rear of the property on check out- photo instructions provided on app. Please respect the neighbours when entering and exit the building especially during quiet hours of 11pm- 7am. We do not currently take a damage deposit - but will charge for any damages caused via air b&b. Please see full inventory in the property. Please note the property is located on the 3rd floor and there are x 3 flights of stairs to climb (no lift). Guests have access to the entire flat. Please note there are four flights of stairs to reach flat 16 on the 3rd floor (no lift). There are a handful of stairs inside the flat as the kitchen is split level, which you may wish to be aware of if you have younger guests.
