Comfortable double bed (New Oct 2021), a small sofa bed that will sleep 2 persons or two little ones, work desk/table, 32" Flat screen TV with Netflix, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooking facilities. Towels, shampoo and conditioner provided along with Cleaning and washing power if required. The flat is facing a road so light sleepers my be disturbed, most guests are not bothered by this. We have 3/4 apartments in the building so can accommodate larger groups together. Please note, there are currently some temporary gas works going on in the area and there are some temporary traffic lights outside the building which may cause a little extra buildup of traffic during busy times. There is also a number of shops, cafes & restaurants right on the door step. The Butlins Holiday park, theatre & cinema is within walking distance. Goodwood is only 10 miles away and easy transport links to London, Brighton and Chichester with the train station less than a 12 min walk. The promenade a short walk along the beach front from the apartment and it stretches for 2.5 miles in total from Felpham (to the East) through to Aldwick (to the West). The promenade is flat and fabulous cycling and walking - there is an gaming arcade and crazy golf within 5 minutes walk along from the studio. With the beach, town, shops, restaurants & pubs on its doorstep it is in an ideal location and is also a great base for those who are visiting for Goodwood events. Other things to note * Please adhere to the 3pm check in and 11am check out times as this allows us the time needed to deep clean the apartment as per covid regulations. Please note keys will not be in the keysafe until check in time unless previously agreed. * This is a studio apartment therefore there is not a separate bedroom from the lounge & kitchen. It is open plan living. * There are three small steps up to the front door. * This is a self catering apartment although we do provide some tea, coffee and sugar. * FREE on road parking and free car park opposite (first come, first served). * Whilst we welcome little guests under the age of 2 to our apartment we do not supply a travel cot nor baby equipment. Please do bring your own. *NOTE: Guests are not permitted to charge an electric car/ scooters/ vehiclesfrom the studio.
